Our client is a leading Network Power for Telecommunication Company. They provide challenging environment & International career development.

Currently they are looking for some qualified candidates to join in their Service Operations division:

Senior Service Engineer – Power Products

Based in: Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:



* To offer engineering support in a pre-sales capacity to both the Sales force and directly to the Consulting/Contracting fraternity in our export & domestic businesses
* To provide Engineering expertise and fault finding in a post sales support capacity
* To carry out activities as outlined by procedures GP7 in the preparation of non-standard quotations
* Assist in the preparation and presentation of training sessions, new product release, technical lectures and customer technical presentations for export markets
* Assist with technical specifications in marketing material
* Assist with the writing of technical manuals, bulletins and support literature for Emerson power products
* To carry out activities as requested by the Service Operations Manager
* Maintain up-to-date technical register on power product competitors
* Assist in the preparation of technical comparison literature, as sales tools



Requirements:



* Preferably 5 – 10 years experience in a Electronic Engineering capacity with a telecommunication company
* Having a good level of English
* Good Technical & Hands-on skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Ability to learn quickly, solve problems and have a technical flair
* Preference for a person who can speak Chinese language
* Willingness to travel overseas regularly
* Having experience of Service project management skill is preferable
